Oh, trust me, I am not presuming.  I was working on Muscle Cars when you were exercising your options on a19th Century Russian Studies Degree.  When you were an office boy pretending to be a New Yorker I was driving really fast on the Autobahn as well as flying above it.

I can take just about any vehicle, right now, without any training and rive it.  That is from a go cart to a crotch rocket to an 18 where with an 10m=, 13 or 18 speed manual transmission.

Coincidentallhy, as we speak, on my Prime Fire Cube Home page there is a Chevy Equinox EV being advertised.  Since you are afraid to drive far from home the measly 315 mile range shouldn't bother you.  But that is only in perfect conditions that include terrain, temperature, driving stye etc.

I did drive a NASCAR sanctioned race car one afternoon.  

By the way, I have more real life experience with anything that has wheels and an engine than you do.

Race cars of toggle switches or buttons and many have a kill switch on the steering wheel.
