There have been no Patriot batteries delivered to Coupkraine.

Primarily though Ukrraine Air Defense is old Soviet Systems like Buk and S-300 systems
Now some former European Soviet Republics still had old stuff to give Ukraine but thats all gone now.
Being former Soviet Russia systems cant just go out buy parts and new missles they at WAR now.
That said Im sure can be "Reverse Engineered" but thats a whole process itself so we gave em Patriots as replacements.
Even the Patriot while the Best out there technically does have its shortfalls too..
Also procurement and supply chain issues the need them faster than new batteries can be produced and same for the missles themselves..
This Drone War as also produced cheaper and more effective Electronic WarFare and Countermeasures versus Traditional missles that cost literally million dollars a shot

I have dealt with rehab people many times.
Rehab really only works if the alcoholic is truly tired of watching what's left ebb away.
That means possessions, jobs, loved ones, basic health, your very life.
At that point you realize YOU are giving it away. You are not merely losing it all.
Have you reached that point? Only you can answer that question.
Being sick and tired of being sick and tired is a start. It's not enough though.
Eventually you will feel better, so what keeps you stopped? THAT is the key.
