CID’s challenges didn’t begin with Hegseth, you ignorant uninformed moron.  Staffing shortfalls have existed for years. Protecting the Defense Secretary is a requirement, it's not a misuse of resources, and reallocating personnel is standard in the military. How did you get to be this stupid? Calling his security “excessive” ignores threats to senior officials, where their family residences are legitimate targets. This isn’t proof of collapse; it’s proof the Army is prioritizing national security where it matters the most.

That is actually not at all true. I definitely agree with you that we have lots of soks. But "unleashed by the legion" is a major exaggeration. 

Most of the soks that slip in here do so by stealth. They post very reasonably for their first few posts, which causes me or deezer to go to the trouble of administering them out of shadow ban. And you can pretty much trust and believe it's mostly deezer, because I am one lazy mother ****. 

Bear in mind that we do not collect IPs. At all. I have no more access to your IP than I have access to any large stores of personal dignity and character. Which is why we don't collect IPs. Guys like me and deezer are just not to be trusted with people's IPs.

There are different definitions of assault weapon out there.  For example, if you are talking about Semi Auto Sports rifles one state would say that my inherited sports rifle would be banned because it has TWO banned items. But if I remove the handgrip and replace the folding stock it is no longer an assault rifle.  While another state would still label it an assault rifle.  That is why it is incumbent upon you o not only define what you are talking about but UNDERSTAND IT.

Since you refuse to specify what assault weapons you are discussing OR define what an assault weapon is I will go with this:

• Military-style features:
  Many definitions focus on cosmetic features reminiscent of military firearms, such as pistol grips, folding stocks, flash suppressors, and large-capacity magazines. 

1.  I have never said I was in FAVOR of machine gun regelations as they stand since 1986

2.  What you call an assault weapon, and all bans of such, are not based on function but on cosmetic features.  Removal of some of those features in some juridictions make them legal BUT they still have the same operation.  THey are still nothing more than a semi auto.
