First and foremost, he is admittedly in the United States Illegally. If he was so scared of the gang violence in El Salvador he could have come in through a check station and claimed political asylum, but he opted to enter illegally which likely cost him thousands of dollars. We could only assume where he got the money for that. Upon entering the United States illegally and in the years following he made no attempt to naturalize. Hold an Illegal entry trial and deport him back to El Salvador where he came from.
