What school I attended makes no difference.

If parents can afford Private School tuition and Public School taxes they can afford enhanced security.

I am fiscally conservative. I do not want my money going to Private Schools enhanced security seeing that the Public Schools I finance do not have that

If this event happened in a Public School and Walz had paid for enhanced security in a Private School you would be saying the same thing.

Many catholic schools have income based tuition so that poor students can attend.  In my day it meant my mother had to do volunteer work at the school.  So no, in terms of catholic schools you are off base.

The children were actually under the care of a private school that did not ensure their protection. The private school requested financial support for security measures but did not obtain the necessary funding. Had the private school treated the threats with the seriousness they warranted, they would have arranged for their own security personnel. I anticipate that a lawsuit will emerge, with the private school as the defendant.

Askholio, my answer to your original question was it depends on what the funding concerns.  Security is something I would support.  Particularly for schools that have income based tuition and other programs to allow the lower income f,ilies to send their children there.
