the vast majority arrested are people that are taking advantage of an opportunity to earn a living 

we arrest them, but not the people that gave them the opportunity 

this country likes to punch down on people with no money and no power

Where is the loophole that makes coming into this country illegally NOT a crime?

And Trump is closing that loophole and charging those companies with crimes, unlike Biden who ignored those criminal businesses and allowed them to continue.
