I saw the Mormon Tabernacle of Meat Lockers in Winsdor Colorado. Huge enormous space, flash freezer at -40f on recieving. -10 f space with footprint bigger than a Walmart and 8 stories high. I am sharing a lot here. kfools could dox me in a heartbeat . I sort of trust the people here and I am willing to share experience.
