Diplomacy never ends its a constant and on-going sorta thingy remember that.

What we truly need is Real Diplomats and basic common sense too .

BACK in the day a Diplomat was such a noble title  Chrysler even named a car after em was called the "Dodge Diplomat" but was mostly a fleet sale vehicle police and taxi-cab companies

Look I agree we have horrible Diplomacy nowadays 

Was one a time back when I was growing up Modern Russia was the "Soviet Union'"

Now technologocally wise we were 2/3 steps ahead of Soviets but one place they "Out-Shined" us was NUCLEAR WEAPONS.

Too this day they have double our stockpiles.

Despite Proxy Wars like Korea and Vietnam there was a "Un-Written" Rule called "Mutally Assured Destruction"

Also back during the Cold War developed Nuclear Triads that means Air , Land, and Sea Response layers..

So nobody ever fired a Nuclear weapon although was some close calls back i  the 1970s/1980s

I am a donor, but anyone who gets mine gets the vax and old worn out equipment.  Mine will likely come complete with a hangover installed. They'll definitely catch a buzz.
