Not accurate

At the equator, the duration of dawn and dusk is approximately equal, with 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness each day. This is because the Earth's rotation axis is tilted at an angle, causing the equator to receive equal day and night throughout the year. What separates approximately with actually? Last time I checked with google is says 12 hours and 3 minutes each sunrise to sunrise a rotation.

Remember sunrise arrives 270 degrees longitude of a rotation from Greenwich Prime Meridian. International dateline sits at 180 degrees of rotation on the intellectual midnight of 24/7 recording history of current events each rotation forward now listed as 7 separate days a week.

they have the accused shooter. he hasn't been in court yet. Most likely won't see his trial.
