How? the pants aren't baggy enough to hold his leg and the rifle. Now if the rifle was a type that could be broken down into quick connect components, it might fit into that backpack or strapped to his body under the jacket.

Wow. Great info. It always seemed weird that this Tyler Robinson kid could have done this. He didn't have the training to shoot that accurately. I guess 200 yards isn't considered far, but I still think it takes some training to be that accurate. Especially if this is his first time killing someone. There would be other psychological factors that play in. It's not the same as being out in some practice range where he can take his time and focus.
