SO, lets leave GOD out of this... Leticia James certainly WAS NOT thinking about "God" or "morality" when she tried to RAILROAD Donald Trump... I don't think SHE should expect ANY "divine intervention" NOW... What she NEEDS is a lesson in GOOD & BAD, and RIGHT & WRONG... and PRISON is probably the BEST teacher for an IRREVERENT Hypocrite... like Leticia James !!!
I just hope Leticia James gets EXACTLY what she deserves !!
Maybe... but at the very least...

Zagorsky, a professor with the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, said mortgage fraud isn’t often pursued by prosecutors.
He pulled figures from the U.S. Sentencing Commission that showed fewer than 3,000 people were convicted of federal mortgage fraud over the last 12 years.
At the same time, his research found that almost 100 million new mortgage loans were written to purchase or refinance a home.
Just 38 people were sentenced for federal mortgage fraud last year.
Just 34 were convicted the year before that.
And he said the punishments for the few who are prosecuted aren’t anywhere near the maximum statutory penalties of 30 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
Since 2013, 15% of those convicted got no jail time, he found.
And the average sentence for people who did get prison time was 21 months.
****. Not only are they higher than that, but the required down is about 5 times as much. The Second Home Rider has consistently been a source of confusion, indeed on April 3, 2019 Fannie Mae revised the guidelines,

Fannie Mae did not make lying on the application okay.
You can google all the convoluted **** you want - the she-boon lied that she would be living in the home, located in VA.
Her job was in New York, and there is no evidence she owns a star trek transporter.
The lie meant a much small down and lower interest.
The *** is stupid - but that does not mean the *** is not guilty. The she-boon passed the **** bar - it can tell the truth or lie on a loan application. The thing chose to lie.

His prosecutor was so lame that even with the help of a dishonest judge, she got overturned on appeal.
Fannie Mae Second Home loans require a minimum of 10% down vs 3%. I sank your battleship. Cleanup the spill 99%'erCannonpointer » 12 Oct 2025, 4:55 pm » wrote: ↑ ****. Not so **** much on your investments - try 30%. Not only THAT, but whatever OTHER investment properties you might have will be required to be put up as collateral in an "umbrella" loan.
Before you run your mouth, do a deal or two involving investment property.
