Yes I do have some familiarity.  I can be in the outer banks quick on the Bay Bridge Tunnel.

I had Many vacations in Duck NC..

A couple thoughts:

1)  James niece HERSELF is a felon, AND on the RUN, I would believe her just about as far as I could THROW her... and probably NOT even THAT far !

2)  James has THREE (3) properties where she LIED in her agreements... ONE identified as a Primary residence, a SECOND as a Secondary residence, and a THIRD, she identified her FATHER as her HUSBAND !!  ALL Illegal, and considered FRAUD !  and

3)  SHE accuses Trump of Fraud, when Trumps circumstances were NO WHERE NEAR as egregious as James' !  Trump estimated a value of his Mira Lago home, that although high, was NOT an amount that one of the largest banks in the world, and it's expert R/E experts thought was a RISK... WOULD NOT be part of James' law-suite, and are on the record stating that they would MAKE the deal AGAIN ! and finally

4)  $137K, $137,000m or 137 million... FRAUD, is FRAUD, is FRAUD... and Leticia HERSELF made an eloquent statement about "GUILT" when she was trying to FRAME Donald Trump... and NOW, it is COMPLETELY appropriate in HER OWN case...
