“In 1993, Trump signed a mortgage for a ‘Bermuda style’ home in Palm Beach, Florida, pledging that it would be his principal residence,” the ProPublica report said. “Just seven weeks later, he got another mortgage for a seven-bedroom, marble-floored neighboring property, attesting that it too would be his principal residence.”

@Cannonpointer  it seems Trump did the very thing he’s accusing his enemies of.

HA!!  Well, I don't know that THAT actually happened or NOT !!   BUT... If THAT was true (and I don't know that it is), then it would have been a HELL of a lot more convincing of an issue to bring Trump on trial for. RATHER than what Leticia James actually did !!

Why?  Because SHE tried to CONVICT Donald Trump of LYING on his loan documents when he used Mira Lago as collateral... Mira Lago is (and was) a ONE OF A KIND, HISTORICAL property, in one of the most expensive and prestigious residential areas in America... NOT to mention:

It was originally owned by the Post Family... Marjorie Merriweather Post, heiress to the Post cereal fortune... and It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1980.  Donald Trump bought a dilapidated Mira Lago property in 1985.  Trump then spent $10 million to renovate and updated the resort, adding a massive ballroom to the 62,500 square foot estate, which has 126 rooms, 58 bedrooms and 33 bathrooms, a spa and gym, and three bomb shelters. It sits on 20 acre lot, has a waterfront pool and five clay tennis courts, as well as a golf course, and has TWO beaches (one on each side of the property).  It's "estimated" value in 2018 was $160 million, and the worth has appreciated significantly since Donald Trump was elected president... BUT, what COULD that property sell for to the Right buyer?  It could EASILY be TWICE THAT... and MORE ! 

Leticia James estimate was that it was worth $16 Million (or there about)...     

Deutche Bank would NOT even allow itself to be associated with Leticia James lawsuit, and said PUBLICLY they would do business with Donald Trump again ANY TIME !!

If the 1993 Trump mortgage issue was REAL... THAT would have been a MUCH BETTER case... WHY didn't she bring THAT CASE?  My guess would be,,, it a BS story, JUST to change the subject and DAVE Leticia from being CONVICTED... and I STILL think that's where she is going !!

They have cried wolf so many **** times that it's not even worth the bother of fact checking them anymore. 

I rarely bother. I just ignore whatever they accuse Trump of, assuming it's lie number 7,343, 918.

She had run on a public promise to bring Trump down.And that disqualifies her from any legitimate prosecution, as she has a known motive other than merely doing her job.
