My separation  date is Dec 15.  Merry XMAS.

I blame the trade war and economic  uncertainty.. Low volume of orders were pointed as the root cause.

And I can pull small stumps.

I was an apartment maintenance tech for some horrific apartments before this. But I am making a crap load more than 17$ an hour nowadays..

I'll figure it out.. Only one way in life.. Through. It is going to be very hard for some of my coworkers.

But I gotta be honest, sweltering summer heat is a challenge.

I do feel qualified to be an HVAC tech at this point. I could get the cert and install ductless splits.

It's just a lot of manual labor.....retard strength will help, so you're probably good there.

Data centers are hot.  We need to up our power generation to keep them running.

They are also very detrimental to humans ecologically.  But farming it out to China would not be prudent at this juncture.

So remote rural data centers are probably best..  This is a major driving force iin the economy right now. Once we build them humans are just a nuisance and AI will learn to self procreate.  Every living thing shares that goal. Down to minute bacteria.
