Holmes got busted with evidence...Musk did not.

Can you imagine if the dems had that same kind of evidence they would not have hammered Musk for helping Trump?

If the dems could have hammered Trump and Musk all at once they would have sacrificed a fatted calf on the White House Lawn!!!

It was different. Musk didn't do anything illegal. he just did it unethically. The Paypal example I gave in the OP is one example of his sneakiness. To me, I think it's unethical and even immoral to use taxpayer's money to fund a private enterprise. Musk made billions off of us. What ROI did you and I receive? It's not uncommon for our taxes to go toward private companies to build our infrastructure, such as roads, highways, military machinery, etc...Private companies build all of that with our taxes. However, the taxpayer gets a nice ROI from it also. What ROI does Tesla give to the average American? What ROI does SpaceX give to us? 

Nothing. It gave Musk 477 billion dollars. And we get nothing.
