Mamdani wants to tax the **** out o the exchanges, so they are NOT going to watch their markets get eroded by some COMMUNIST, so they WILL pack their **** and move.
THIS comes from a REPUTABLE real estate guy I know that has seen the INSIDE NEGOTIATIONS and that the move is VERY real and WILL happen if Mamdani get elected.
And as a FYI, both are ZERO STATE INCOME TAX STATES. Imagine that. Not to mention no "City income taxes" either as there is in NY City. Work in the city, pay taxes in the city, even if you live in another State and commute.
