Mamdani wants to tax the **** out o the exchanges, so they are NOT going to watch their markets get eroded by some COMMUNIST, so they WILL pack their **** and move.
THIS comes from a REPUTABLE real estate guy I know that has seen the INSIDE NEGOTIATIONS and that the move is VERY real and WILL happen if Mamdani get elected.
And as a FYI, both are ZERO STATE INCOME TAX STATES. Imagine that. Not to mention no "City income taxes" either as there is in NY City. Work in the city, pay taxes in the city, even if you live in another State and commute.

Trump Ordered Texas To Gerrymander 5 New Republican-Leaning Congressional Districts—
Huh. Dire polling.jerrab » 17 Oct 2025, 10:39 pm » wrote: ↑ https://www.democracydocket.com/news-al ... high-gear/
After President Donald Trump told Republican states this summer to jump the gun on redistricting — a practice normally undertaken after the decennial census — many only asked how highly rigged their new maps should be. Facing increasingly dire polling figures, Trump wants to keep Democrats from reclaiming control of the U.S. House after the 2026 midterm elections by gerrymandering their seats into oblivion in GOP-controlled states.

Pushed initially by President Donald Trump, state legislators across the country are discussing and at times agreeing to change boundaries in hopes of helping members of their party and ultimately deciding control of the U.S. House in 2026. Some are finding it's not as easy as it seems.
Trump's ego demands that the traditional mid-term dip be avoided. He wants to be the exception, so that he can preen about being exceptional.jerrab » 17 Oct 2025, 10:48 pm » wrote: ↑ also.......................................................

Based on recent reports and commentary, President Donald Trump's "big, beautiful bill" has become a focus in the national conversation surrounding gerrymandering and the 2026 midterm elections. Trump's use of the term has been linked to gerrymandering in articles that connect his push for redistricting in some states with his unpopular signature legislation from the summer of 2025.
