Moist elitist in this country don't get punished. Presidents, politicians, the ultra-wealthy and powerful. I was actually shocked that Epstein went to jail. I couldn't believe it. Not because I thought he didn't deserve it, but because of how powerful he was. It's just rare that happens. However, there are probably some underpinnings from the deep state that caused all that. I don't think it was strictly due to our legal system. If it was, he would have gotten off with only paying a fine to the victims or something similar.jerrab » 17 Oct 2025, 1:15 pm » wrote: ↑ ------------------------------------------------------------

Trump has argued that he cannot be prosecuted for actions taken during his presidency. He suggests that the Constitution granted American presidents similar powers and immunities to the British king, a claim disputed by historical and legal experts.

did they make it so obama can't be indicted? that would bother me.Zeets2 » 20 Oct 2025, 9:26 am » wrote: ↑ Oh, and Biden and Obama DIDN'T load the courts with their own left-wing supporters, including the 3 far-left liberal idiots on the Supreme Court that have been in the minority for almost every recent SC vote? That idiotic demonstration was a joke, and holding it now was the primary reason that Schumer and the Democrats wanted to keep the government shutdown going so the thousands of out of work federal workers (who are mostly ignorant, Trump-hating Democrats) would be free to go out and join the protest since they were furloughed.
So how did all those paid demonstrators succeed in affecting anything Trump has done or is doing, when even the liberal media on CNN and MSNBC have ignored it today?
Sure looks like was a massive waste of time and money, don't you agree?

So tell us, jerra. Exactly what was accomplished, besides having MAGA watch far-left commie organizations waste their money and laugh at such futility and seeing their own irrelevance?

So I repeat, how has the amount of time and money spent on a demonstration that produced NOTHING for your left-wing cause been worth it, especially since the Supreme Court has already ruled on the points you posted?jerrab » 20 Oct 2025, 12:32 pm » wrote: ↑ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Trump's Argument: Trump has argued that he cannot be prosecuted for actions taken during his presidency. He suggests that the Constitution granted American presidents similar powers and immunities to the British king, a claim disputed by historical and legal experts.
- Supreme Court's Ruling: The Supreme Court recently ruled on Trump's immunity claim in Trump v. United States. The court concluded that a former president has absolute immunity for actions within their "exclusive sphere of constitutional authority" and presumptive immunity for other "official actions".

Did you really expect that it would affect anything Trump or his entire administration would do, or cost him any support among his MAGA constituents?
Or would you agree as I believe that it was a complete failure and a waste of time that achieved nothing?

Again, do you think having some liberal idiot deny that Antifa is a terrorist organization will stop Bondi or Trump from finding ways to defund Soros and the group of communist and socialist Trump haters from supporting them?
By what metric do you figure that?jerrab » 20 Oct 2025, 12:59 pm » wrote: ↑ it was a success whether you admit it or not.

To be called a success, don't you agree that it would have had to change or even slightly adjust SOMETHING the participants were hoping to achieve?
So how can you consider something a success when all it could possibly merit is a participation trophy?![]()
Are you SO desperate for a liberal win that it's made you happier today?
Was THAT your only goal?

"Calling all PNW anarchists and antifascists. October 18th to revive a black bloc contingent and restore a diversity of tactics in PDX," the flyers, emblazoned with an anarchist "A" and Chaos Star, declare.
