I posted many times that bernie sanders who is jewish was dead set against the constant bombing. I also heard from christians how Jesus would approve. Yes, Jesus said that not one iota or dot would pass from the Law until all is accomplished, affirming the enduring significance of the Old Testament.
This statement comes from Matthew 5:17–18, part of the Sermon on the Mount:
Jesus affirmed the Law, saying He came to fulfill it, not abolish it (Matthew 5:17).
Christ abolished the law of an eye for an eye- the law about not working on the sabbath, he said men were to have only one life and said to not hate our enemies, contrary to the law of moses.
