For the 2026 plan year, these limits are set to increase to $10,600 for individuals and $21,200 for families. This maximum is the most you will have to pay for covered services in a year, after which your plan will pay 100% of the cost.

Sure, for those Medicaid income levels. Everyone else has a challenge finding something affordable.

ALL THAT (above) might be true, but WHY are American citizens paying of the Medical costs of ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ?

The BIGGEST part of the reason why Democrats are FRANTIC to include the "Heath-care Provisions" of the NEW budget (as well as the  Budget Extension)... is because they HAD a provision that covered Illegals as WELL as American citizens... and DEMOCRATS just want to PRETEND that THAT doesn't exist !!

AND, Democrats want it (AND why the OPENED the border under Obama and Biden)... because THEY SEE illegals as their PRIMARY voting base, in the FUTURE... It's JUST ANOTHER EXPENSIVE BOON-DOGGLE that Americans can't afford... with a $37 Trillion budget deficit, OUT of control DRUG CARTELS & DEALERS, and CRIME to think about !!

ARE Democrats REALLY Americans?  OR, are they just COMMUNIST SPIES who want to DESTROY US... the REAL Americans WONDER !!

However, the state has acknowledged and agreed to repay millions in federal funds that were improperly or erroneously claimed for non-emergency medical services provided to undocumented immigrants through its Medicaid program (Medi-Cal). 

Key details:Acknowledged Errors:
California's former Medicaid director, Jacey Cooper, reported to federal regulators that the state had made errors in billing the federal government for services such as mental health, addiction services, prescription drugs, and dental care for undocumented immigrants.

Repayment:
The state has been working to pay back at least $500 million identified by the federal government for these improper claims.

Audit Findings:
A separate audit by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG) found that California improperly claimed an additional $52.7 million in federal Medicaid reimbursement by using an outdated proxy percentage to calculate costs for non-emergency services. California partially concurred with the finding and proposed to return the funds.

There is plenty of evidence that illegal immigrants get federal tax payer money for healthcare. California admitted so.

The BBB is the law in the land, certain legal immigrants will have to figure out healthcare on their own and not on the federal tax payer dime.

Elections have consequences, Shummer will have to hold out another 3 years to get his way.

Or the Republicans will cave which is possible.
