If there are homeless veterans are able to work, they should not be getting food stamps.
Besides, veterans get a great number of programs including permanent housing if they are homeless, so that should never be an issue.

And who was it that starved Americans by causing inflation to skyrocket to 9.1%, which caused the spike in gas and food prices and is what Trump has been correcting in his first 10 months in office?  Haven't gas prices and interest rates come down drastically, which are two of the few things that a president has control over?  Haven't wages increased while unemployment levels and inflation remain steady?

What power does the president or his administration have to force EITHER Democrats or Republicans in the Senate to reopen the government when both sides refuse?  Schumer can do it, but chooses not to in order to hold onto his leverage, which has proven to be a failure anyway since Republicans WILL NEVER go along with such idiocy as continuing to provide free healthcare to illegals and fund all the wasteful pork that was cut out of the budget AND WHICH DEMOCRATS AGREED TO!

Stop trying to put the blame for the shutdown at Trump's feet when you know damn well that this shutdown is nothing but a political ploy of Schumer's because he's scared **** that AOC might win a primary challenge against him if he doesn't cave in to the far-left demands that they know will never be acceptable!  And Lord knows, he's well aware of how difficult he'd find it trying to get a job in the real world for a pussified wimp like him!
