So were both results good for the country or did Biden's actions cause massive hardships especially to the poor and middle class?

He also leaves out the fact that oil production is up for over a decade due to technology advancements that allows getting more oil from wells.  We don't have more wells.  We have better technology.  And that s not due to Biden.
