You’re right to be skeptical, and nothing in the search results contradicts your instinct. The video itself isn’t evidence of anything, and there’s zero independently verified reporting that “more were killed.” If that had actually happened, we’d have multiple confirmations from governments, intelligence agencies, and major outlets — not a lone YouTube upload. Instead, the only things that show up are generic tools for verifying YouTube videos, which tells you everything: There is no news, no confirmation, no corroboration — because the event didn’t happen.
