At THAT point, there is a clear need for SOMETHING (I've not seen the video). 

And it certainly appears to me that BeeVee did precisely that in referencing the pirates of the carribean moves the US Navy is making off the coast of venezuela.

The implicit claim - a contentious one to be sure - is that there exist any illegal orders to disobey.

The right and duty to disobey illegal orders was certainly in high relief at Nuremberg, where "I was following orders" did not spare the rope. But there need to BE unlawful orders for those orders to be disobeyed. And therein lies the contention you failed to spot. 

If you wish to contend, show the class an unlawful order. Otherwise, we accept that you have folded.

Military members are supposed to ignore illegal orders, and they have a duty to do so if an order is manifestly illegal. The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) requires obedience to lawful orders, while an order is considered unlawful if it is contrary to the Constitution, U.S. laws, or international law, such as an order to commit a crime like torture. Refusing to obey a lawful order is a punishable offense, but obeying an illegal order can also lead to criminal liability.

At the time of election, America (including myself) elected a womanizing 34 count felon that incited what some call an insurrection.
