Had England wiped out the American colonists in that war, we'd still be part of England, wouldn't we?
But we fought them and beat them to become sovereign.
And if Hamas could defeat Israel, they would too, but they can't! So their options are to live within Israeli rule or be crushed, which is exactly what has taken place since Oct. 7th. Hamas started this war, and Israel is now in the process of finishing it, and you Jew haters can't stand that!

Looks like while you're busy counting your chickens, the country is just beginning an economic boom that will lower inflation, lower gas prices even further, stop the illegal drug traffic, lower crime levels by deporting thousands of illegals, watch the stock market skyrocket to unheard of levels, continued cuts in the interest rates that are coming, and Republican voters will be delighted by the coming $2000 rebate that Trump is sure to deliver just before the election next year.
So keep dreaming, liberal!

Yes, a President (Donald Trump) has recently claimed broad immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts, leading to a major Supreme Court case (Trump v. United States) that established some immunity for official acts but rejected absolute immunity, differentiating between official duties (presumptive immunity) and private conduct (no immunity), with the Court sending the case back to lower courts for review based on this new framework. While past presidents didn't make such sweeping legal claims, the executive branch has long argued for broad immunity, and President Gerald Ford pardoned Nixon, implying a need for resolution after leaving office.
Key Moments & Rulings:In Summary: While no sitting president formally requested immunity from courts in the way Trump did, the executive branch has asserted broad immunity, and the recent Supreme Court decision for Donald Trump clarified that some immunity exists for official acts, but not absolute immunity.
- no spam : Donald Trump argued for absolute immunity for all actions as President, even unofficial ones, in his federal election interference case.
- no spam (July 2024): The Court ruled that former presidents have presumptive immunity for official acts, but not for unofficial acts.
- no spam : The Court created a test for lower courts to decide if a specific charge relates to an "official act" (immune) or "unofficial act" (not immune).
- no spam : President Ford pardoned Richard Nixon, a move seen as necessary because Nixon wasn't immune after leaving office, suggesting a lack of legal precedent for immunity then, says no spam .

New International Version29 Peter and the other apostles replied: “We must obey God rather than human beings! 30 The God of our ancestors raised Jesus from the dead—whom you killed by hanging him on a cross. 31 God exalted him to his own right hand as Prince and Savior that he might bring Israel to repentance and forgive their sins. 32 We are witnesses of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.
