Let me help you moron, the State Legislators must vote to change voting districts.....if they choose to have voting districts changed, it's called gerrymandering.
This is done to get a political advantage due to the demographic composition of the districts. These Districts hsve polling places that comprise precincts where voters go to cast votes in all kinds of elections....Federal, State, Local.....the issue of gerrymandering is more about Ferderal Elections for the House of Representatives than anything else.
Now read this and know a little about what you yap about.

Trump DID strong arm indiana repukes and they DID tell him to **** himself.
