I fear I will wake up one day and the property will be at half its value.  There are a lot of indications the housing bubble is gonna burst.

There is work in New Freedom PA.   Not many homes under 300K.  Mrs ain't gonna do an intense fixer upper and even a nasty trailer was 115K there.

North Carolina and Georgia have a lot of refrigeration.Atlanta is considered the World Capitol of Cool.. or at least was prior to the trade wars,  An associate scored big moving to lower cost home in GA in retirement.

The Housing Crisis is stifling our GDP.  People can't live where the work is. I should not spend as much time as I do on frivolous trolling.

 If we spend the most for healthcare..  Does that go into our GDP?   Man I wish I never learned this stuff now. The Dunning Kruger enlightment is on a siesmic chart for me.
