Strange, my electricity bill shows the exact same rate for on peak and off peak usage from 12/24 to 10/25.

I guess they left Colorado out of their number crunching.

We had an increase April of 2024 for non summer months to match...and still 11% below state average...

Excell energy has asked for a 10% rate increase here in Colorado, won't know till summer if it's approved.

Something really big must have happened since March of this year or the Center for American Progress has a math problem. The numbers are not even close.
