Excell energy has asked for a 10% rate increase here in Colorado, won't know till summer if it's approved.

They presented the same for MN....probably in part of the transmission line they want to build from the wind fields of far SW MN to the EC hookup for the coal plant they're decommissioning as part of their "green" mantra...*insert eye roll here*

the chart shows our CO-OP @ $.05 less than the state number... I went and turned on some more lights just so we could save even more money...
