I recovered a set of clubs cheap this year, and so far have only been to the practice range and greens. The Habitat for Humanity sells them for under a 1$ a club. A guy who was there who cleans out Estates says he must throw 20 sets of clubs in the dumpster a week. The Nine Executive Holes in town used to be 15$ a round. It's $35 today.
He's a good golfer...regardless of rumors...
the good and bad thing about golf is you're really playing against yourself...always hoping for when it all comes together and you hit your best round...but alas, shopping days are dwindling and I'm afraid that ship has sailed, although I shot my best round ever 3 years ago...
