I thanked you for introducing me to a nuclear reaction I was not aware of.  Molten Salt is the way to go right now.  Skid sized modular steam makers to a turbine facility. I am impressed you claim to understand the Chart of Nuclides.  How much is Boron 11 in Bulk? What is the naturally occuring concentration of the isotope? Are there costs associated with isolating or producing it?  Let me guess, we have to blast boron with nuetrons from fission to get B11?

No, there isn't a fully operational, grid-connected Boron-Hydrogen (p-B11) fusion power plant yet, but significant scientific milestones have been reached, with companies like  no spam  and  no spam  demonstrating key reactions in lab settings and developing prototypes, aiming for commercial viability within the next decade, focusing on cleaner, aneutronic fusion.
