Trump injected 50 billion into rural medical care yesterday.  Maryland gets 128 Million over 5 years.. Not that it's process, but it is a good thing.  The bypassing of congress is not healthy.

ACA is a hoax.  M4A is the only answer at this point.  The burden should be removed from employers.

"This money is meant to keep hospitals afloat."
 But experts say it won't nearly offset the losses that struggling rural hospitals will face from the federal spending law's $1.2 trillion cut from the federal budget over the next decade, primarily from Medicaid.

Millions of people are also expected to lose Medicaid benefits.Estimates suggest rural hospitals could lose around $137 billion over the next decade because of the budget measure. As many as 300 rural hospitals were at risk for closure because of the GOP's spending package, according to an analysis by The Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
 "When you put that up against the $50 billion for the Rural Health Transformation Fund, you know — that math does not add up," Cochran-McClain said.

I mean, on a purely intellectual level, I am able to grasp the abstract concept that Rosy's pain is not funny. That it's "bad" and "wrong" to roll on the floor laughing and pointing. But at the level of viscera, I'm just put together to mock the pain and suffering of others. I'm built that way.,

If I see a person standing on a bridge with a troubled look, there isn't any measurable time between me spotting them and me shouting "JUMP!" 

I meet a girl with anorexia, it goes without saying I'm gonna suggest she's putting on weight. I mean, I have to. She's lobbing. She's walking around with that mooky 98 pound frame, joints in prominent relief, just egging me on. 

I get it that there is social agreement I'm a "bad guy." I just don't get why. Someone tried earnestly to explain it to me once, but he had a slight stutter, and I was so busy working his stutter into freeze-lock that he never got to the explanation. I was genuinely interested in what he had to say. But I was just more interested in seeing if I could bully him out of his power of speech.

I GUESS that was a win. It certainly felt like a win. I should have got him to write it all down. That way, I get the explanation, and I still get to **** a guy with a speech impediment.

I strongly suspect the shade is "photo-shop" brown.
