He can't say sub-standard behavior and performance is a good thing.
That's basically what DEI brings to the table. Merit is in fourth place to D,E, and I.
A paid position used to place merit a bit higher. Nepotism got in the way some of the time.
I guess merit is in fifth place . . . I have adjusted my stance.

First I was told my success was due to white privilege, took me two years on a seven year union scale to reach journeyman wages. 98% white area.
Next I was told it was Nepotism and my extremely good looks and likeability was the reason for success. What a crock of ****. I'm a asshole!
I learned early on it's not that difficult to be above average. It's got to be easier today than back then.
The wife was forced to take a DEI training course this year to keep her credentials with her National Organization. She scored a 100% on the test and didn't believe a **** word of it!

What I believe is getting lost in the weeds here is the culpability of MN AG Keith Ellison, the Obama flunky who has always been one of the most corrupt scumbags in politics. There's no way that so many people could have come forward with serious and accurate charges of malfeasance against the Somali's who perpetrated this fraud unless the AG (also a Muslim) declined to prosecute them.
