I don't see a case.  

1.  I don't agree with what Trump is doing.

2.  Why didn't Biden kill the indictment, choosing instead to up the bounty?  Biden wanted him arrested so Biden so he is also complicit in the forming the police surrounding the arrest.

I think most of your average, every day  Venezuelans are happy to see Maduro gone.
It remains to be seen what is in store for these people down the road, but for now a lot of them are celebrating.
