Carroll very conveniently can't remember the exact year, [for some reason]....   

The fact is....there were no witnesses, no physical evidence of any sort  and Carroll is not even close to being credible.

How every economy works globally, backs that up psychologically.

As for the topic of this thread, the guy took time away from being here. Maybe his brain has developed a conflict with society's mind. I have had a good 40+ years of my life dealing with that scenario.
