The officer was in front, to the left hand side of her vehicle. The officer walked towards the vehicle.
She pulled forward with her wheels turned to the right. She was moving away from him when the ICE agent shot her.

No, it was actually heading towards him while the officer at her window had just instructed her to exit the vehicle..

That's what I see! There is a photo out there with a bullet hole in the windshield, drivers side. 
That bullet hole looks like it came from the driver side headlamp which means the agent was in front of vehicle.

Clear footage of him in front of vehicle drawing fire arm, smoke plume and shot through windshield as she tried to veer right to get by.

She was a domestic  errorist..  Not a terrorist..  She did not comply. It's still ugly as shyt for everyone..
