I think both. He's like a smart WYT (WhadYaThink) - but that could mean an IQ of 80. I would guess his IQ is probably in the teens - 115-120. IOW, smart, but an order of magnitude removed from any sort of genius. So he trolls, like wyt, a giggly nonentity with nothing to contribute save confirmation bias. He counts it as a victory if he gets his oppomnent steamed, and never enteratins the notion of changing anyone's mind. Zing!
