Why are you saying hi to him? Narcissists don't deserve any niceties. They should be thought of as toilets. You don't have conversations with your toilet. You aren't nice to your toilet. You just go in , use it, then leave. Likewise, when coming across a narcissists, such as @Blackvegetable  ​​​​@Pengwin  , you don't talk to them, or be nice to them. You just take a piss/**** on their head, then keep walking. 

I am ambivalent about calling them a piece of **** simply because even **** has value. It can be used to feed and nourish other lifeforms, thus contributing to the cycle of life. However, narcissists, like these two, only wish to destroy, subjugate, and weaken life. Thus, **** is literally more valuable than they are.
