Anything

Watch this folks
Uh oh....I touched a nerve with middle school Mikey.

Now, watch this. Notice that I am going to use the source to defend my own thoughts. I am not going to just sling an article, then leave without any commentary...like your coward *** does. And @Blackvegetable  .

Hypothesis: We don't have a gun violence problem in America.

Facts: BV, this is the level 1 part, my premise will be the level 2+. Coward.
Fact 1: Stats show that in 2018, 61% of gun deaths were directly due to suicide. 39,740 were total. So, 39,740 x .61 = 24,241. That leaves 15,498 gun deaths.
Fact 2: The American population is 328 million. Therefore. 15498/328,000,000 x 100 = .004%. Yes, the decimal is in the right place. Only .004% of our population died from gun violence.
Fact 3: There is an estimate of 393 million guns in America. 40% of Americans are gun owners. Thats .40 x 328,000,000 = 131,200,000 gun owners.

Ok, now for the thoughts of my own. MY THOUGHTS , did you hear that VG and BV. Here are my thoughts.

Premise 1: The facts don't justify alarm

If we break down the facts, we also see that most of the 24k deaths are due to domestic violence. Mass shootings make up such a small percentage that it isn't even statistically relevant to talk about. We need to define further of what makes gun violence a problem to the point that we should be alarmed. Gicen the such low numbers of gun deaths, vs the millions of gun owners and guns that we have in America, it's not unreasonable to deduce that Americans are overall responsible with guns. The stats show that Americans are responsible and that they are not the cause of most of the violence. .004%? Come on, man. That is a number that is so statistically irrelevant that it's not even worth brining up. Cancer takes 27%. That's a **** problem. .004%? No, that is not a problem. It's a waste of time is what it is.

Premise 2: We are not in danger
Due to these pathetically low numbers, the average American is safe, in spite of the millions of guns. We aren't in some gun wars everyday. The average American can walk outside the door without being shot. Can the same be said with cancer? Almost 1 and 3 people? That is something to worry about. That is a prime example of what a true danger looks like.

Premise 3: It deters from dealing with the real problems.

Addressing the guns does nothing to address the real problems like mental health. If the left spent as much time and money into lobbying for money to go into mental health research and resources, then that .004% would even be less of a pathetic number.

Conclusion: You two are morons.
