The issue BEHIND the myriad issues is this: How do Trump's threats regarding Greenland comport with the vaunted "Rules-Based Order" that the west has been enforcing, quite moralistically, since WWII? And where does this leave the E.U., in terms of their relationship to a bandit nation whose leader threatens the very rules based order it has been in charge of defending?
We have manipulated them out of their cheap Russian gas. We could never compete with Russia on price, so we had to knock Russia out of the game and seize their market through banditry, using Eunuchraine as a proxy and the E.U. leaders as bribed stooges. As a result, major cracks are showing in the E.U., with Orban of Hungary and Fico of Slovakia in open rebellion, threatening to sanction Eunuchraine for doing the U.S. bidding by shutting down the gas transit from Russia.
And now we have the spectacle of Trump talking like a crazed third world despot, threatening an E.U. MEMBER, for **** sake. AN E.U. MEMBER STATE!!!
It's just so far out of the box that I don't know what to do except roll on the floor laughing my *** off. I knew the empire was coming unglued, but it looks like our crash and burn might be accompanied by some fine fiddle-work.
Donnie rosin up that bow and play that fiddle hard,
The rules based order's over and the biggest ape runs the yard,
The competition's on the curb, we're sellin' Europe gas,
We're takin' what the **** we want, let the E.U. kiss our ***...
Now Trump said my name's murca, and it might be a sin,
But the rules based order is gettin' old and we're puttin' it in the bin!
Fire in the polar region run boys run
Devil's in the house of the settin' sun.
Does E.U.'s dog bite, no, child, no!
Takin' over Greenland go boys go...
