our economy rests on top of our military. Because we have nothing else to offer. We simply do not have the manufacturing or production we had during ww2. Smart people in the usa mostly go into finance where they make money from nothing. But that is a fake economy. That is why now we rely on tariffs and intimidating militarily weaker countries to have an economy at all.

True. My view is that if we can't maintain our and sustain ourselves without being dependent on other countries, then we deserve to fail. We have the means to produce and manufacture. However, will we step up to the plate and make it happen? I don't know. If we do, then that's awesome. If we sit around on our lazy asses and not do ****, then we deserve sink like the Titanic. Our sloth and lazy asses will be the iceberg.
