France is pursuing criminal charges against him regarding his X and AI platform in France.  The allegations are below. Look at the first allegation. Child abuse and disseminating child porn. His AI has algorithms that  I am not claiming that Musk deliberately tilted the algorithm to allow that, but the facts remain that he didn't exactly fix it either. 

I really don't know what you all see in this guy. He is not a mon of the people that you have been led to believe. He is just as much part of the swamp as the rest of them. 

The main allegations are:

• Child sexual abuse material on X — alleged complicity in possessing or distributing child sexual abuse images.
• Sexual deepfakes / non-consensual images — prosecutors are investigating whether Grok and X enabled or spread AI-generated sexualized deepfake content.
• Holocaust denial / denial of crimes against humanity — authorities are looking at Grok-generated content accused of denying crimes against humanity.
• Algorithm abuse or manipulation — the case also involves alleged manipulation of automated systems or algorithms, including concerns that X’s algorithms may have distorted or influenced public debate.
• Unlawful data collection or fraudulent data extraction — French authorities are also investigating alleged misuse or unlawful collection of personal data.

France is accusing Musk’s X ecosystem of allowing or facilitating illegal content, AI-generated sexual deepfakes, child sexual abuse material, Holocaust-denial content, algorithmic manipulation, and possible illegal data practices.
