Ghetto blacks are simply hopeless. Most kids would just fist fight. Kid X shoves kid Y.  Kid Y shoves kid X back. Then they go at it. After the fight, then that's it. That is the end of it. 

But noooooooo....not ghetto blacks. They have to take violence 4 steps ahead. They bring weapons and go for the kill.
