In the preliminary, things didn't go well for the prosecution. The defense exposed major holes in the prosecution's evidence. We will know on Sept 1 if the judge decides to proceed with the trial...which will probably get pushed back, because it's the legal system. That's how it works. Set a date. Then start it 4 months later. If it does proceed to trial, and Robinson enters a plea of not guilty, then the defense will be forced to answer why Robinson was on the roof with a gun. Good luck answering that one. 

It has already been proven that Robinson was identified on the roof with the gun. So they aren't going to deny that, but there is no evidence that he fired the gun. They will probably stick to that. 

My take: He was just a brainwashed kid that got caught up by the Israeli government somehow. I lean toward the exploding mic. It turns out that the very mic on Kirk's shirt was traced back to an ammo manufacturing plant in Tennessee. It also turns out, by mere coincidence, that the plant blew up a month after the assassination. What's that? It didn't make the news? Well...that couldn't be because the Jews own most of the media , could it?
