I am not a gun expert...but clearly you aren't either. However, I know **** when I smell it. How the **** are you going to address design and function without considering standard? 

A Porch is designed and functioned for up to 211 mph. However, obviously the standard of speed limits and the laws prevent that. That does not mean we should ban porches, Lamborghinis, and Ferraris. Standards are just as important you moron.
