The typical terror cell in amaerica is comprised of one federal agent, three informants with a charge hanging over them, a contractor, and a retarded teenager who finally has some friends (or so he believes).

The feds manufacture the crime and suck some moron into culpability, then roll him up and pretend they are fighting crime instead of inventing it for career advancement.
