It's not fraud, it's jealousy times 2.
First, they're jealous they don't have the brains or the genius that Musk has in becoming the world's first trillionaire.
And second, they were too chicken to get in on the IPO which gained over $3 on the first day.
 

So now all they can do is hope and pray that the stock crashes, just like he's been hoping for an economic recession that would hurt Trump and the country as he wants.
