I have been watering down the juice 4 to 1...  Tart Cherry Juice had become a favorite ingredient just before the watch what I eat orders.  It's loaded with cals.

One trick is 4 drops of orange or strawberry extract and a pack of stevia in 8 oz of water.

Michelob Ultra Zero is amazing.  25 cals a can or so.  No inebriating substances contained there in.

I do try to stay low carbs..  But if Utz Dark Kettle Potato Chips get near me they are down like a porn star on a hottie.
