Russia still has Soviet Era weapons & technology from the "Cold War"..
Us Military is "Dictated" from Congress and wars are fought by congress and casulties make their decisions as well..
Russian troops are half starving and under supplied already when they "Reached The FRONT"..
Moscow the Duma/Politburo is not "Adverse" to "Civillian Casulities" nor Sheer Brutality
