I showed up "On Time" everyday overtime too
But New guy liked all the "Brothas" catered them guys didnt like me because Im a "White Guy" and having worked there afew years already I would quote "Union Rules" Policy and Procedure..
Then we sat at the Desk he lit up a cigarettes so I lit one up too He said "No Smoking" inside
I said "Excuse" me pal whos the boss and a cigarette hang out your mouth..
Then things really went "Haywire"
I always thought I could "Sue" the Company but I also hadda buncha write ups in my file.
I cannot exactly prove this is "Reverse Racism" it my word against his..
